Typical questions of the clients and the answers

Request: Would I be able to request a room on the quiet side of the hotel with the sea view, please? A high floor would be good too.

Answer: I will add your request in your booking and send it to the hotel also and if there is some possibility, they will try hard to arrange what you are asking for.


Request: Hello my name is "Homer Simpson", My friends and I have booked a room On August 28 08 under the name "Montgomery Burns". We would just like to let you
know that he will not be going and we were wondering if we could change the name to "Barnie Campbell".

Answer: Dear Homer, I need to know the reservation number of your booking and then I could help you. If you have booked your stay through some other agency and not directly with us, you may contact the travel agency make this modification for you.

 
Request: Would it be possible to provide a cot in the room?

Answer:
Yes, I will add your request in your booking and send it to the hotel. Cot is free of charge

 
Request: Can we order any transport from the airport to the hotel?

Answer:
Unfortunately we don’t arrange any transport for our customers.


Request: Would I be able to pay in full by Visa card?

Answer: Yes, you can pay in full by Visa card. At the reception in the hotel you can pay the rest of your amount by cash or by credit card when you arrive.
 

Request:  Are the bed-clothes and the towels included?

Answer:  Bed linen, change of towels and room-cleaning are included in our prices.
 

Request: I am staying in one of your Hotel in Ibiza. Please, could you advice me if the rooms have an iron and a hairdryer?

Answer: Some room in our establishments have a hairdryer at the rooms, some of them don’t have any. We don’t provide any irons in our Hotels. You will find all the information on our website.

Request: Do you provide a mini fridge/mini bar that we can use/rent
in the room to store a baby food?

Answer: The most of our properties have a fridge in the rooms or at reception to hire for some extra pay. You can check our website www.grupoplayasol.com to get more information.

Request:
Can we have an extra bed for two nights in our double room?

Answer: Unfortunately it is not possible to have an extra bed in your double room.

Request: I would like to reserve one triple room with separate beds.

Answer: Most of rooms have 3 separate beds.

 
Request: Please, could you cancel my reservation, I have booked it through some other agency.

Answer: We can not cancel your reservation booked with some other agency, please, contact them to do this for you.
 

Request: Just to advise you that we will be landing in the early hours of the morning, Is it still ok to check in our rooms?

Answer: Yes, your late arrival is not problem, we have a 24 hours reception so there is always somebody to give you the keys from your room.


Request: What is the check in time and the check out time?

Answer:
Check- in time for your room is from 2:00 p.m. on. On the day of departure, your room must be empty before 12:00  o’clock. If you arrive before check- in time, a luggage-room can be used without any extra cost until your room is ready.

If you wish a late check- out, please consult the reception at least one day in advance, in view of availability and costs.

 
Request:
I would like to know if you provide a safety box in your hotel.

Answer: Some of the hotels have a safety box in the rooms and some of them at the reception, where you can hire it for some extra pay. The safety box is not big enough for a notebook.

 
Request: Is the room clean everyday? Is the food like a buffet?

Answer: Yes, the rooms are clean every day and the food is a continental and like a buffet.

 
Request: I have stayed in your hotel 2 days ago and I have just realized that I left my watch in my room at the hotel. Have you found it?

Answer:
Please, tell me the number of the room and what kind of watch it is. If we would find it, we can send it to you by cash on delivery.

 
Request: I have made two bookings for Apartmentos and would like to confirm them. Please could you give us two apartments close together?

Answer:
I will add your request in your booking and send it to the hotel and if there is some possibility, we will try hard to meet your claim.

Request: Do you have a gym facilities?  Could i use the facilities at another property?

Answer: Some of our properties have a fitness, you can check our website, where you will get all the information about our facilities. No, you can not use the facilities at another property.

Request: Is it possible to rent a car from the Hotel and how much does this cost per day?

Answer: You get all the information about renting a car at the reception in your Hotel, it should cost about 50 €per day, it depends, what kind of car you would like to rent etc.

Request: Could you please let me know if your hotel has internet access? If yes, is it available to connect own laptop to your wireless?

Answer: The most of our hotels have an internet facilities, just Hotel El Corso and Apartments Lux Mar have a possibility to connect the laptop to the wireless.

Request: My friends booked a stay in your Hotel, i think they booked it through your website!! They have one spare bed in one of their rooms, so would it be possible to add my name to the booking?

Answer: If your friends booked it through us and in the room is a spare bed, it is not problem for us to add your name in the booking, they already paid for the room, if they paid for the food also, the price of the room is automatically higher with another person. If they booked it through some other agency, they have to contact them to do this modification for you.

Request: I have a booking for a couple of weeks time, for 3 people. What happens if only 2 people end up going? What charges are there etc?

Answer: You have already made your booking for the room with 3 people and paid some deposit, even just 2 of you are coming, you have to pay amount on your reservation, doesn’t matter how many of you are coming in the end.

Request: I am working for some Airline company. I am wondering if you offer any discount for airline-employees?

Answer: Yes, we offer 8 % discount.

Have you offer any discount for Travel Agency?

Answer:
Yes, we offer 10 % discount.

Request: I want to come to Ibiza and booked for me and my very small dog (2 kg) flight, could you confirm that my dog will be allowed.

Answer: Animals are not permitted in any of our establishments
 

Request: I have reserved a room in your hotel and I need the voucher confirming booking for passage of visa formalities, on the form of hotel with the signature of the responsible and stamp of hotel.

Answer: If you booked your stay through some other agency, you have to contact them to write this letter for you, if you booked it through us, we can do this for you, but you have to make a full payment of your stay with us.
