The Market of Sant Jordi is presented today
There are many markets in Ibiza which are focused on a tourist sector, but there is also a particular one, a Market of Sant Jordi.
The Market of Sant Jordi is very different from the other markets in Ibiza. It takes place every Saturday morning in Hipódromo di San Jordi.
This market is a really social phenomenon because you can find there more than 150 stands where a wide range of articles is sold. You can find there articles, as new as second hand, that reflect a particular kind of population of Ibiza.
Especially because of it, it’s called a Flea Market of Sant Jordi seeing as the people sell and buy articles. The range of articles you can find there is unlimited and really curious. There are clothes, books, furniture, tools, discs, sunglasses, PC, plants, spare parts etc.
In case you need to get some money to continue with your holiday in the island, you only have to arrive early on Saturday morning, to pay 4 € and you get a stand for selling your articles and thanks to that, keep enjoying your stay in Ibiza.
