Ibiza Fair of Antique Book

Ibiza Fair of Antique Book has been celebrated for the 7th consecutive year. It takes place on the Paseo de Vara de Rey, on the 17th of May from 10.30am to 2.00pm and from 5.00pm to 9.00pm.
It is greatly appreciated meeting not only by bibliophiles of Ibiza but also by the general public. The great awareness of this event has influenced the date of the fair. Both events, Fair of Antique book and Medieval Fair of Ibiza, are now celebrated together, which increased the overall numbers of visitors attracted to Ibiza owing to this significant occasion.
Celebrated in different occasions almost everywhere in our country, the fairs popularised the Ibiza culture in a quite successful way. The aim is to invite visitors to walk about through the stalls and to stimulate their interest by the bargains offered by the booksellers. Furthermore, visitors are attracted by the possibility to obtain antique book editions, lost comics, jewels of humoristic literature, such as magazine Codorniz, or inexpensive editions of popular books.
