We are an hotel chain and we have a number of hotels which occupation is difficult to control and for this reason we offer you (the customer) an agreement that consists in:

We rent a standard double, twin or triple room in a 3 stars hotel situated in Ibiza Island, with a reduced price (from a 20% until a 40% from the original rates). You choose to save in your holidays and book this room. At this moment we guarantee the room and, we inform you (latest 3 days before the arrival), which hotel we have chosen for you depending of our occupation.

You can request about the area and the hotel you like most (from all 3 star hotels or apartments published in our website www.grupoplayasol.com) but, remember, we have the last word and decide which hotel you will have to spend your holidays in.
