Important information about your reservation
To make a reservation with us, all you need is a credit or debit card to which will charge 10% of the total cost of your reservation, the rest to be paid on arrival at your hotel. Please note: You may cancel your reservation up until 2 days before arrival with no cancellation costs and re-imbursement of any charges already made.

Check in time for your room is from 14.00 midday. On departure day, your room must be vacated by 12:00 in the morning. If you arrive before check in time we have a luggage-room for your use at no extra cost to you – until your room is ready.
If you wish a late check out, please consult the reception at least one-day in advance both to see availability and costs of this service.
Bed linen, change of towels and room-cleaning is included in rates.

In the case of No Show, if the client has not cancelled the reservation with a minimal term of 48 hours before his arrival, there will get lost the deposit that guarantees his reservation.
