Hello, first, excuse me because of my English...
My opinion:
It wasn't the service that we booked (without air, tv...)
At the begining, they gived us a very very dirty room used by other people...(with their things inside) then they changed it for a new room in the same flat.

| Hotel was great staff friendly. Room was clean and towels changed on a regular basis. Only 2 things that i noticed was the pool was a bit dirty and the hall ways could do with new carpet other tahn that we had an enjoyable stay many thanks |
