Hello, first, excuse me because of my English...

It wasn't the service that we booked (without air, tv...)
At the begining, they gived us a very very dirty room used by other people...(with their things inside) then they changed it for a new room in the same flat.

Hotel was great staff friendly. Room was clean and towels changed on a regular basis. Only 2 things that i noticed was the pool was a bit dirty and the hall ways could do with new carpet other tahn that we had an enjoyable stay many thanks

Apartments were clean and reasonably well maintained and the pool area is good. Staff were pleasant and helpful but these apartments are really not suitable for older people or anyone with children. Very noisy with other residents shouting and carrying on during the early morning when the bars and night clubs close, just about everyone slamming a

Pool was very small and dirty. TV had only 5 channels. There was no soap in the room and couldn't get one. etc etc. I wasn't impressed with the conditions.
