On arrival early hours of Fri were not allowed to book in as stated not booked til that lunchtime this was about 2am. I am 70 years old very tired & offered to pay the extra night as booking errorwas a genuine mistake. Was told impossible & sent away. I had to sleep on the hire car in street.Not a nice experience. El hotel tiene una buena relación calidad/precio, en cuanto a habitaciones y servicios, pero tiene un GRAVE PROBLEMA DE RUIDOS NOCTURNOS. La mayoria de los usuarios NO respetan las horas de sueño del resto del Hotel, haciendo imposible el descanso nocturno.
