Staff was extremely helpful in helping us call for taxis, order food from outside, hiring cars, letting us know places to see etc. |

situation of the hotel is o.k., good to walk to ibiza town and port
our room had a very nice view at the sea and promenade but there were other rooms that have view at a wall
the ladies of the reception are very nice
the breakfast is good
the aircondition doesn´t always work
the gym isn´t in a good condition
the pool is very small but nice |

| The hotel is very good looking and very clean. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. On the other hand cleaning staff were rude with us, entering our room without asking even with the "do not disturb" sign. Restaurant staff also rude. |
