I found Hotel Catalina to be a welcoming, clean and comfortable place to stay. However, I did not like the fact that the airconditioner was on all the time and the only way of turning it off was to have the door open. The hotel was in a fantastic location, the amenities were good. There were some booking issues when we arrived (booked through Hostel World).
