the rooms are ok but it is very noisy. people scremaing and shouting, it would be good to let the security show people their responsibilitycleaners that shuffle furniture from 10 -11.
reception ok. nice people.

| Appartments were fine but I found the reception staff incredibly rude and unhelpful. The payment was also supposed to have been taken before we arrived but it wasn't, causing us money issues on arrival. I will not be staying again. |

I booked through booking.com and found the whole process extremely easy.
The hotel itself was exactly what was required.
OK it's not the Waldorf Astoria but it was clean, comparatively cheap and it suited us perfectly for our long weekend break.
